About the Business
People often turn to counselling or psychotherapy when it feels as though their life is not going how they want it to, either at home or at work or perhaps both. Many people will have already spoken to friends or relatives about what's troubling them and while this may provide temporary relief somehow it doesn't seem to make any lasting difference. Some people feel that their pain or distress is too much to bear and they don't want to burden those close to them with their troubles. Either way, it is then common for people to end up feeling alone and isolated, and confused and frustrated. Meanwhile, the underlying causes of their unhappiness or frustration remain elusive and no way out seems possible.
Taking up counselling or psychotherapy provides an alternative way forward.
