Private Psychiatry offer an excellent service to patients, easy to get hold of and I have always received an appointment quickly. The care they provide is faultless. My consultant is very supportive, works collaboratively with me and is up to date on medications. The office staff is excellent. Dr Adrian Winbow and Dr Declan Leahy of Private Psychiatry are Consultant Psychiatrists who diagnose and treat a wide variety of mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
If you feel extremely frightened by something that other people think is not scary or dangerous and you do your best to avoid the thing that triggers your fear, you may have a phobia. Phobias are a kind of anxiety disorder. In itself, anxiety is not a problem - we all need to feel anxious.
