We are both fully qualified integrative counsellors, allowing us to offer a bespoke service; to meet your individual needs.

We are members of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and as such, abide by their code of ethics when we practice, ensuring that we adhere to professional boundaries, safeguarding you, the client, at all times during the therapy sessions.

Crystal Serenity counselling & Psychotherapy services offer various workshops tailor-made to suit your individual, or company needs.

The workshops we cover are as follows:

  • Grief – How to cope with your grief. We offer separate workshops for a loss of an adult; to a loss of a child.
  • Low self/confidence/esteem – Addressing issues of low self-esteem/confidence, and how to overcome this.
  • Stress – Overcoming Stress in the home & the workplace – how to reduce, prevent & cope with stress.
  • Life coaching – enabling personal, as well as professional empowerment.
