Hello and welcome, my name is Eleanor and I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice. My practice is at the New Street Clinic, 20 New Street, Horsham, West Sussex. RH13 5DU. Counselling and psychotherapy can help alleviate distress, be less critical and punishing towards oneself as well as understand ourselves better and create a different future. As a counsellor I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental service. People seek counselling for all sorts of reasons. It could be something that every now and again rears it's head and gets in the way, or an issue that you've recently experienced or it could be something you've carried for a long time.
