About the Business
Hello, my name is Francine Brett and 'Into Minds' is my private therapy practice offering confidential sessions to individuals and couples. I studied with the Open University between 1995 and 2001 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree(Honours) in Psychology and Applied Social Sciences and a Diploma in Applied Social Sciences. I also hold a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Developmental Psychology from the Open University.
Between 2001 and 2004 I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at The Institute of Counselling, Glasgow and was awarded the Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling. In 2005 I received an Accreditation as a Domestic Abuse Practitioner from the Open College Network and subsequently, between 2006 and 2007I studied with the Institute of Counselling and received a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also hold a Certificate of Continuing Professional Development in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University of Paisley.
