I am a counsellor and coach based in Eastbourne, Sussex. I am passionate about helping people find a way out of their struggle. With over 20 years of working with people, it remains a privilege to witness transformation in people as they break free of restrictive patterns and move toward a healthy and fulfilling life.
I appreciate how hard it can be to find a counsellor you feel comfortable working with. With this in mind, I have tried to make my website as informative as possible, so please have an explore to find out more about me and the services I offer across counselling, coaching and mindfulness in Eastbourne.
