About the Business

Mindful Therapy integrates insights from the contemplative traditions of Mindfulness Meditation, Existential Therapy, and aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Contemporary Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. My approach is one of openness to the lived experience of every client, recognising the primacy of the relationship in which therapy occurs, and holding a compassionate view of human pain and anguish as part of the human condition, seeing them as inevitable difficulties of life and living.

Mindful therapy will empower you with powerful and life-transforming possibilities of being present to life, living life intentionally, choosing to respond with sensitivity, creativity, courage and compassion, and in taking ownership and responsibility to give direction to your life. I also run Mindfulness workshops and courses for professional practitioners who want to bring mindfulness-based approaches into their work and personal life.
