About the Business
At some point in their lives, most people may go through times when they find it difficult to cope with their emotions, or situations they may find themselves in. Sometimes it is hard for them to understand the reasons why they feel this way, and as a result life becomes more difficult and at times may even appear intolerable. Counselling or therapy provides a safe and confidential environment to be heard, to discuss, explore and begin to understand feelings and experiences. Therapy is a non-judgemental relationship between you and your therapist. It is a place where we can bring all aspects of ourselves as individuals, along with all our experiences, self-belief and our concerns. Beginning therapy for the first time can be felt as a big step, and it is most important to find someone that you feel you can work with. The therapy room is a space where you can work at your own pace, and your therapist will listen and try to support you in making sense of what you say and feel.
