Many people experience psychological, emotional and mental health difficulties at some point in their lives. Psychological therapy, or psychotherapy, gives you the opportunity to explore your difficulties in a safe and confidential space and to discover ways to make positive changes, build psychological resilience and become 'unstuck'. A caring, professional clinical psychologist can help you discuss and work through any issues you might be experiencing in your life, in a non-judgmental environment.
I am a registered clinical psychologist in Edinburgh, with over ten years' experience of working in the NHS with people experiencing a wide range of psychological/mental health difficulties. I offer a number of psychotherapy approaches, tailored to your needs.
