Sense of Self is a friendly, non judgemental counselling service run by Laura Keegan, in Greasby on the Wirral, Merseyside. I like to work in a goal orientated and integrative way, which basically means that I adapt my approach to counselling and use whichever skills and techniques best suit you, I strive to work together with you to find the best route to reaching your goals and making positive changes to your life.
