I am a chartered counselling psychologist with a first-class degree in psychology and a professional doctorate in counselling psychology, offering counselling and psychotherapy in St Albans. As a counselling psychologist, I apply psychological theory and research to therapeutic practice. First and foremost my focus is on the experience of the individual client and helping you to make sense of your feelings and your life so that you can face your difficulties in a more creative and truthful way.
I am experienced in both short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy, and have worked with a broad range of clients, (both GP and self referrals) in different organisations within Hertfordshire over the past eight years. My counselling psychology practice is within easy reach of Harpenden, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Radlett, Stevenage, Watford, Welwyn Garden City and other places in Hertfordshire.
