However, we counsel people of any faith or none, as we abide by the Code of Ethics and Practice of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and of the Association of Christian Counsellors.
Our counsellors provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can take those important steps towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
We have many hundreds of hours experience working with adults and young people. Each of us has our own particular area of interest and specialism, including problems with eating, working with depression and anxiety, couples counselling, spiritual or faith issues, young people, or bereavement and loss. We receive regular clinical supervision and are committed to ongoing continued professional development and training. Online counselling is also available.
