Welcome to my website, 'A Space for You' which I hope will provide you with a sense of how I work and what counselling entails. I am a professionally qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working from my private practice in Tadworth, Surrey. I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals on an open ended as well as a time limited, basis.
Deciding to go to a Counsellor or Psychotherapist can be a difficult step, but people from all walks of life seek counselling for many different reasons. Therapy can help you think about the causes of your feelings and supports you whilst you explore the issues which may be concerning you at present, helping you to make choices in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Sometimes there is a specific reason for seeking therapy; sometimes you may not be clear about what is making you unhappy or discontent with your life.
