About the Business
My name is Sue Saxby-Smith and I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and CBT practitioner. I offer both short and longer-term therapy to adults on a one-to-one basis. My clients face a wide range of life issues including relationship difficulties, abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, work problems and bereavement. Counselling provides a confidential and supportive setting in which to explore such difficulties and to consider how to move forward.
Finding a therapist that you feel you can trust and relate to is very important and for this reason I offer an initial session free of charge and without obligation. This is an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you to counselling and what you hope to get from it, and for me to explain how I work and to answer any questions that you may have.
I am a BACP Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a BUPA recognised therapist.
