The Northern Compass: Counselling & Therapeutic Services delivers private therapeutic services to individuals and organisations in the North East. We not only provide counselling in Newcastle and the surrounding areas, we also provide telephone and Skype therapy nationally and internationally.
Through short term or long term treatment, CBT, solution focus and Psychodynamic approaches are used to treat a wide range of issues ranging from depression to addiction. Accessing therapy for the first time can be a anxiety provoking experience. We provide a free initial consultation via phone to ease you concerns and answer questions you may have about the process.
We provide Psychological Solutions to small and medium businesses aimed at reducing sickness absence and promoting staff well being. The Northern Compass will work closely with you providing counselling for staff and training and support to management.
