My practice includes the provision of the creative arts and play therapy, alongside which I incorporate various theories into my work including Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, CBT and Person Centred. I work within the therapeutic relationship, utilising what happens between therapist and client to encourage reflection and exploration of all relationships, including our relationship.
