Trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Mind Coaching techniques and Wu Wei Wisdom, Gemma is also able to draw upon over 10 years' experience in the public sector, where she received ongoing training to work with a wide range of complex needs including mental health awareness, motivational interviewing, pro-social modelling, advice and guidance. Gemma carries a passion for helping people to lead happy, fulfilled lives, and has personal experience of how difficult this can be without the right guidance. Gemma works with both children and adults, and can also visit your home.
David is a fully qualified and registered clinical hypnotherapist and lifecoach, committed to continual professional development in order to add to his additional skills in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Mind Coaching.
